What Opportunities Do We Offer?

Position Summary

Our Sales Representative is responsible for the sales of research products within a defined territory, serving customers engaged in pharmaceutical, biomedical, chemical, and other fields of research and development, as well as quality assurance labs such as in food and environmental testing. The Sales Representative maintains effective customer relations, develops opportunities for growth within an existing customer base, and assures market penetration and profitability while achieving sales and profit forecasts.

Main Tasks

• Be familiar with the company's business process as soon as possible, including handling inquiries, signing contracts, tracking order executions and customer payment
• Inform customers of supply and price trends and assist in inventory control
• Responsible for the company's product sales and achieve all targeted sales
• Monitor competitors and industry activities and keep informed of new products and other general information of interest to customers, incorporating this data in the business plan
• Manage and develop customers and expand business with regular customers
• Communicate with supervisor any customer issues or potential problems
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager
• Maintain good communication with customers, grasp customer needs in real-time, and improve customer satisfaction.

Education/Qualifications Required

• Master's degree or above in chemistry, medicine, pesticide, biology and other related majors
• Familiar with the sales process of chemical products
• Computer proficiency in MS Office and the internet
• Must possess the organizational skills to multitask and meet deadlines as needed
• Have good communication skills, cheerful personality, responsible, executive, and teamwork ability
• Sales experience in chemical reagents, pharmaceutical raw materials, and intermediates is preferred
