Abstract:

A procedure for chemiluminescent determination of copper in the blood serum ash is suggested using an indicator reaction between 4-aminophthalhydrazide and hydrogen peroxide permitting copper to be determined in a minimum (0.003 micrograms) concentrations in 1 ml of the blood serum.
